Delivery & Returns



Credit cards
We accept most major sterling credit/debit cards which are securely processed through Streamline Merchant banking. You will receive an email acknowledging your order and then a subsequent email informing you of dispatch. Items will only be dispatched when authorisation is received from streamline.



If you prefer, you can telephone us with your credit card details on 01243 774500 between 9.30am and 5pm.
 
Paypal
You can pay from your PayPal account (which is free for you to set up) which PayPal then ‘refills’ by drawing on your credit card, debit card or bank account. In this way you can pay quickly and easily without disclosing financial information.
 
Cheques
We also accept sterling cheques: complete the checkout process and then post your cheque (with your order number written on the back) to the address given. Your order will be despatched once your cheque has cleared.
 
Postage
We only post toys within the United Kingdom Mainland. You can pay via sterling bank cheque. All items are sent by Royal Mail. We use recycled packaging where possible.

  • Orders under 150 = 4.99 postage
  • Orders under 250 = 8.50 postage
  • Orders over 250 = free postage
  • Special Delivery ( see details below) = 15.00
 
Refunds
You may cancel your order within 7 days of receiving your goods. Once we have received your goods, your payment will be fully refunded.
 
Please allow 1-2 working days for delivery of lighter items which are sent 1st class mail. Heavier items are sent standard parcels and take 3-5 working days. We also offer a Special Delivery service if you require your goods the next day which costs an additional 11.00.This service is offered Monday - Thursday if you order before 1pm. Goods ordered on a Friday will arrive on Monday ( excludes all Bank Holidays )
 
Please book early, especially during Christmas periods and contact us if it's urgent.
 
Once you have made your order, you can track it by logging in (see the top right corner of the page) to your Account. Details of all your previous orders will be saved in your Account. You can store several addresses in your Account and send an order to any one of them.
 
Returns Policy and Procedure
Please read this carefully to ensure you are aware of your rights and responsibilities
The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 give you the right to return unwanted goods for a refund of the purchase price. (Delivery charges are not refundable.)
If for any reason you want to return your purchase you must do so within 7 days of receipt and acceptance of an order either by recorded delivery (at your expense) or in person to the shop at 1 Cooper Street, CHICHESTER PO19 1EB.
Your purchase must be in the condition that it was sold i.e. any tags must be attached and packaging must be included.
Kids Love Earth cannot take responsibility for packages where the postage is unpaid or package damaged in transit.
Unfortunately we cannot offer a refund, credit note or exchange until the goods have been received and verified by us.
